Can provide accommodation for up to 6 people.
Bed linen and towels for in house use are provided.
A gas BBQ is available for our guests at a small extra charge (please request in advance if required).
Heating and Electricity are included for normal usage.
The normal time of occupation is after 3:00pm on your arrival day and not later than 11:30am on the day of your departure. Special arrangements can be agreed in advance if these times are unsuitable.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. The weekly rental period begins and ends on a Saturday, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
2. A Booking Deposit of 50% secures your booking, with the balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Please note - Booking Deposit is refundable only if we receive your cancellation notice 60 days prior to start of your booked dates.
3. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 Dollars is payable 30 days prior to arrival and returned within 10 days after your departure - providing there is no damage to the property.
4. Accommodation is for a maximum of 6 people.
5. This is a non-smoking house.
6. The house is cleaned from top to bottom for your arrival.
7. Payments can be made in cash or through PayPal online secure payments system.
